In order to check availability or book your stay with us, enter your preferred dates and the rest of your reservation details to the following form and send us your request. It will be examined and we will reply to you within 24 hours stating our availability status and total cost for the requested dates. Please, make sure that first of all you have thoroughly checked the policies stated below.

Reservation Policy

Please, read carefully before making a reservation:

• Since we have confirmed availability for your preferred dates of stay and in order to complete your reservation at Troia Resort studios, it is necessary that you provide a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay at least 14 days before your arrival, by making a deposit to our bank account. For further details please, contact us.
• The remaining balance is to be paid after your arrival at Troia Resort studios.
• Check-out time is between 08:00 and 10:00 and check-in time is between 14:00 and 00:00
• In case you decide to leave before your scheduled departure date, you are requested to pay 50% of the remaining value of the days for which you were scheduled in accordance with provisions in law.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking 14 or more days before the date of arrival is free. If you cancel during the 14 days before the date of arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your stay.
